Step by step
Your first live show

Open ComMan
Click «ComMan» in the App header. Its service starts (without going live) and you see the signal and the meters.

Pick the program
In «Program», vMix's output over NDI or OMT. It is exactly what the networks will see.

Add your networks
«Add network»: pick the network, paste the stream key (the button opens the network page where you copy it) and save. Instagram and TikTok are added as vertical.

Quality and backup
Choose the quality (1080p at 50 fps and 6 Mbps works on every network). In «Backup» pick another source or a holding image with music in case the program drops.

Go live
«Start all» or each network's switch. Every card shows its status, time on air and kbps. «End all» ends the stream on all of them.

If something fails.
A network stays on «Connecting»
Check the key (on Instagram it changes every time) and that the address starts with rtmp:// or rtmps://. The other networks stay on air meanwhile.
The card warns that the network doesn't accept the quality
Each network has its limits (Twitch, 6 Mbps). As all of them get the same encode, lower the quality in «Quality».
It shows «BACKUP» or «HOLDING IMAGE»
No program picture is arriving: check vMix and the local network. When it returns, ComMan goes back to the program by itself.
