Data controller
This policy explains how Sebastian Arcas V. (60406633P, Carrer Princep de Viana 78; info@srtserver.app), the publisher of MeetOut, handles personal data when you use the MeetOut desktop application and its license service. Sebastian Arcas V. is the data controller for the data described below.
What MeetOut does
MeetOut is a Windows application for live video production. It joins Zoom meetings as a participant through the Zoom Meeting SDK and sends each participant's video and audio as separate NDI® / OMT sources on the customer's own local network. Meeting audio and video are only received after the meeting host grants MeetOut the local recording permission.
Data we process
License: license key, customer name, license dates and number of computers, on our license server, to provide and verify the license you purchased (contract). Kept while the license exists and as required by tax law.
Computer: a one-way SHA-256 hash of the Windows machine id (not the id itself), the MeetOut version and the last check time, on our license server, to limit the license to the agreed number of computers. Kept until the computer is deactivated or the license ends.
Zoom account (only if you click «Connect Zoom account»): Zoom user id, email, display name and OAuth access and refresh tokens, on our server, with the tokens encrypted at rest (AES-128-CBC + HMAC-SHA256), to obtain the On-Behalf-Of token that Zoom requires for MeetOut to join meetings hosted by other accounts on your behalf, and to show which account is connected. Kept until you disconnect the account in MeetOut, remove the app in Zoom, or ask us to delete it.
Technical server logs (IP address, time and requested path), on our server and our network provider (Cloudflare), for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest). Kept for up to 30 days.
Data that stays on your computer
Meeting video, audio, participant names and meeting details are processed in memory on your own computer and sent only to the destinations you configure on your local network. They are never sent to or stored on our servers. The local license file is encrypted with Windows DPAPI for your Windows user.
Zoom data we do not collect
We do not access recordings, chats, contacts, calendars or meeting content through Zoom's API. The only Zoom API scopes requested are user:read:token and user:read:user. On-Behalf-Of tokens are requested when you join a meeting and are not stored.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for advertising. Data is shared only with Zoom (to authorize and join meetings, under Zoom's own privacy statement), Cloudflare (network and TLS provider for our server), and authorities when legally required.
Security
All connections between MeetOut, our server and Zoom use TLS 1.2 or newer. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and the encryption key exists only in the server environment. The server runs in an isolated container; administrative access is restricted to Sebastian Arcas V. and protected by password and rate limiting. License responses are digitally signed.
Your rights
You can disconnect your Zoom account at any time in MeetOut (Zoom tab) or by removing MeetOut from your Zoom account (Zoom App Marketplace › Manage › Added Apps). Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing, by writing to info@srtserver.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Meeting participants
The customer who operates MeetOut decides which meetings to capture and how the outputs are used, and is responsible for informing meeting participants and obtaining any consent required by law.
Changes
We will publish any change to this policy on this page and update the date above. The general srtserver.app policy is in Privacy.
